We are Standard Telecom and we service Nortel phone systems in Toronto, Canada.

We also sell and ship Nortel phones and equipment across Canada and the US.

We come up when you Google "Nortel" because Nortel Sales and Service companies are not listed as Nortel Networks Service, they are listed under Avaya Communications since Avaya bought the assets of Nortel Networks.

Avaya offers very limited Nortel support but you can try local Avaya dealers who are much more helpful.

We do have free Nortel User Guides on our Sales and Service pages as well as instructions on how the find Avaya/Nortel service in your area.

We are a small phone service company in Toronto Canada and we are sorry but we are not able to provide free telephone support to Nortel phone users
